Drawings depict a two-story Garrison Colonial Revival-style house with a one-story wing, a shingle hip roof, and a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, lavatory, breezeway, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A work shop and future fireplace are shown on the basement level.
