Description

Set of eight architectural drawings of house for L. A. Hanson in Watertown, South Dakota (commission #1254) including three elevations and two plans. All drawings are dated; some are signed by Robert E. Minot.

Design is a revision of the "Snug but Spacious" model house for Good Housekeeping Magazine (commission #1205) Drawings depict a one-story ranch-style house with an asphalt shingle roof and a stone and batten exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached two-car garage.
