Set of twenty-seven architectural drawings of house for David W. Peck in Sharon, Connecticut (commission #864) including five elevations, three plans, one plot plan, one rendering, and seventeen details. Most drawings are dated; some are signed by Merton S. Barrows or Robert E. Minot.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with two front dormers, a one-story wing, a cedar shingle roof, and a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, library with fireplace, dining room with fireplace, kitchen, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A playroom with fireplace is on the basement level. Drawings also show a separate one-stroy saltbox well house.
