Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a slate roof and a whitewashed brick, flush board, and rough siding exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A room with fireplace is on the basement level.
