Drawings depict a two-story French manor-style house with two front dormers, an asphalt shingle hip roof, and a flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, maid's room and bathroom, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached two-car garage. A work area with fireplace is on the basement level.
