Set of ten architectural drawings of house for Joseph Fieldston in Newton, Massachusetts (commission #721) including four elevations, three plans, one framing plan, one topographical map, and one detail. Drawings are signed by Royal Barry Wills, Robert E. Minot, or Nathaniel Perry Tufts; all drawings are dated. Topographical map was made by civil engineer Everett M. Brooks (Newtonville, Massachusetts).
Drawings depict a one-story Cape Cod-style house with an asphalt roof and a whitewashed brick and clapboard exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, breakfast alcove, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
