Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a wood shingle roof and a shingle and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, three bedrooms, sitting room, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
