Set of eight architectural drawings of house for builder August Johnson Associates in an unidentified location (commission #654) including four elevations, three plans, and one detail. Drawings are signed by Royal Barry Wills, Merton S. Barrows, or Robert E. Minot; two drawings are dated.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a one-story saltbox wing, a shingle roof, and a stone, shingle, and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, maid's room and bathroom, lavatory, covered porch, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
