Set of seven architectural drawings of house for builder Maurice A. Dunlavy in Wellesley, Massachusetts (commission #645) including four elevations and three plans. All drawings are signed by Amelia Brooks (Valtz) and dated.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with two front dormers and a stone and clapboard exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
