Set of seven architectural drawings of house for Charles H. Brown in Wellesley, Massachusetts (commission #639) including four elvations and three plans. Drawings are signed by Royal Barry Wills; most are dated. Maurice A. Dunlavy was the builder.
Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with shingle roof and a stone and rough siding exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage. A game room with fireplace is on the basement level.
