Set of thrty-six architectural drawings of house for Mr. and Mrs. Henry J. Hickey in Quincy, Massachusetts (commission #626) including three elevations, three plans, two framing plans, and twenty-eight details. Drawings are signed by Royal Barry Wills, Merton S. Barrows, Robert Minot, or Nathaniel Perry Tufts; most drawings are dated. Also present are two planting plans by landscape architect Dorothea K. Harrison (Boston, Massachusetts), a kitchen cabinet blueprint by an unidentified third party, and three blueprints of duct plans.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with an angled wing, a slate roof, and a brick and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, lavatory, maid's room and bathroom, covered porch, three bedrooms (one with fireplace), two bathrooms, dressing room, sun deck, and an attached two-car garage.
