Set of twenty-four architectural drawings of house for William Farnsworth Loomis in Dover, Massachusetts (commission #617) including three elevations, three plans, one plot plan, two framing plans, and fifteen details. Many drawings are signed by Robert Minot, Hugh A. Stubbins Jr., Nathaniel Perry Tufts, and Amelia Brooks Valtz. Plot plan is by Associated Civil Engineers (Melrose, Massachusetts). All drawings are dated.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with three front dormers, a one-story saltbox wing, a cedar shingle roof, and a cedar shingle exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, maid's room and bathroom, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
