Set of twenty-one architectural drawings of house for Alphonso W. Adkins in Lincoln, Massachusetts (commission #611) including five elevations, three plans, one plot plan, one topographic map, two framing plans, two heating plans, and seven details. Fourteen drawings are signed by Robert Minot; two are signed by Nathaniel Perry Tufts. Plot plan was made by Associated Civil Engineers (Melrose, Massachusetts); the topographical plan was made by Civil Engineers Roland H. Barnes and Henry F. Beals (Newton and Wlatham, Massachusetts). The majority of drawings are dated.
Drawings depict a two-story Garrison Colonial-style house with a wood shingle saltbox roof and a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study, dining alcove, kitchen, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached two-car garage.
