Set of twenty-three architectural drawings of house for Roger Jennings in Wellesley, Massachusetts (commission #597) including three elevations, three plans, one plot plan, two heating plans, two framing plans, one topographical map, and eleven details. Most drawings are dated and signed by Nathaniel Perry Tufts.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with an asphalt shingle roof and a shingle, brick, and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, three bedrooms, sewing room, one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage. A recreation room and work shop are on the basement level.
