Set of twenty architectural drawings of house for Dr. and Mrs. Randolph K. Byers in Little Compton, Rhode Island (commission #593) including seven elevations, four plans, and nine details. No drawings are dated; two drawings are signed "R B Wills" and twelve are signed by Robert E. Minot.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with a clapboard, shingle, and board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, eating alcove, covered porch, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
