Set of eight architectural drawings of house for builder Maurice A. Dunlavy at an unidentified location (commission #577) including three elevations, three plans, and two framing plans. No drawings are dated or signed.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a clapboard exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, eating nook, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A playroom with fireplace is on the basement level.
