Set of seven architectural drawings of house for builder Maurice A. Dunlavy in Wellesley, Massachusetts (commission #569) including three elevations, three plans, and one detail. No drawings are dated or signed.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a wood shingle roof and a clapboard exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level; a pergola is on the second story.
