Drawings depict a two-storyTudor Revival-style house with one front dormer and a whitewashed brick and rough board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, maid's room and bathroom, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
