Set of eighteen architectural drawings of house for Samuel H. Glaser in Brookline, Massachusetts (commission #557) including three elevations, three plans, two framing plans, one plot plan, one heating plan, and eight details. Plot plan and two details are dated. Plot plan is by Associated Civil Engineers (Melrose, Massachusetts); no other drawings are signed.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with two front dormers, an asphalt shingle roof, and a whitewashed brick, flush board, and clapboard exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, maid's room and bathroom, covered porch, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage. A recreation room is on the basement level.
