Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with a hip roof and a whitewashed brick exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms (one with fireplace), two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
