Set of seven architectural drawings of house for builder Edmund C. McLaughlin in an unidentified location (commission #489) including four elevations and three plans. No drawings are dated or signed.
Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a slate roof and a brick, stucco, and rough board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, covered porch, lavatory, maid's room, three bedrooms, dressing room, two bathrooms, roof deck, and an attached two-car garage. A playroom with fireplace is on the basement level.
