Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with an asphalt shingle gambrel roof and a clapboard and flush board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
