Description

Set of nine architectural drawings of house for builder Chester S. Patten in Melrose, Massachusetts (commission #435) including four elevations, four plans, and one detail. One drawing is dated; no drawings are signed.

Drawings depict a two-story Garrison Colonial Revival-style house with two front dormers, an asphalt shingle roof, and a stone and shingle exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached one-car garage.
