Set of ten architectural drawings of house for builders Marlow & McKiel in Wellesley, Massachusetts (commission #420) including four elevations, three plans, one plot plan, one framing plan, and one detail. No drawings are signed or dated.
Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with circular tower, slate roof, and a brick, stucco, and board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, pantry, covered porch, lavatory, maid's room and bathroom, five bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A two-car garage and a recreation room with fireplace are on the basement level. One bedroom has a balcony.
