Set of seven architectural drawings of house for builder Edmund C. McLaughlin in an unidentified location (commission #395) including four elevations and three plans. One drawing is dted and signed "R B Wills."
Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a whitewashed brick and rough board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, covered porch, lavatory, maid's room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
