Description

Set of nine architectural drawings of house for builder Chester S. Patten in Melrose, Massachusetts (commission #393) including four elevations, three plans, and two details. One drawing is dated; no drawings are signed.

Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with an asphalt shingle roof and a clapboard and shingle exterior.
