Set of seven architectural drawings of house for builder Edmund C. McLaughlin in an unidentified location (commission #388) including four elevations and three plans. No drawings are dated or signed.
Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with an asphalt shingle hip roof and a brick exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, covered porch, lavatory, maid's room, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
