Description

Set of twelve architectural drawings of house for builders Marlow & McKiel in Wellesley, Massachusetts (commission #386) including four elevations, three plans, and five details. No drawings are signed; one is dated.

Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with a slate roof and a brick, clapboard, and flush board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, covered porch, lavatory, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, maid's room and bathroom, roof deck, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.

One drawing is mislabeled with an incorrect commission number.
