Set of eleven architectural drawings of house for builder Chester S. Patten at an unidentified location (commission #385) including four elevations, three plans, and four details. Two drawings are dated and signed "R B W."
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with an asphalt shingle hip roof and a clapboard and brick exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car attached garage. A playroom with fireplace is on the basement level.
