Set of seven architectural drawings of house for Alfred H. Dean in Weston, Massachusetts (commission #380) including three elevations, three plans, and one detail. No drawings are dated or signed.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a shingle roof and a clapboard exterior. House has vestibule, living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, conservatory, dining room, kitchen, serving pantry, breakfast room, lavatory, covered porch, two maid's rooms, four bedrooms, dressing room, four bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
