Set of eight architectural drawings of house for builder Chester S. Patten in Melrose, Massachusetts (commission #372) including three elevations, three plans, and two details. No drawings are dated or signed.
Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with one front dormer and one front gable, a slate roof, and a brick and rough board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, three bedrooms, dressing room, and two bathrooms. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
