Set of thirteen architectural drawings of house for W. N. Hardy in Newton, Massachusetts (commission #368) including four elevations, three plans, three framing plans, and three details. No drawings are signed or dated.
Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a front gable, an asphalt slatbox roof, and a shingled exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached one-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
