Set of eleven architectural drawings of house for Dorothy Kohl in Melrose, Massachusetts (commission #361) including four elevations, three plans, three heating plans, and one detail. Heating plans are signed "NH&J." No other drawings are dated or signed.
Drawings depict a two-story Cape Cod-style house with a wood shingle roof; covered porch has saltbox roofline. House has living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining alcove, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. Plans show potential for two additional bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor.
