Set of eight architectural drawings of house for Joseph P. Lane in Waltham, Massachusetts (commission #351) including three elevations, one plan, one plot plan, one framing plan and two details. One drawing is dated 1938 and depicts a later alteration to the front door.
Drawings depict a one-story Cape Cod-style house with a shingle roof and a stone and shingle exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an attached one-car garage.
