Set of nine architectural drawings of house for builder Chester S. Patten in Melrose, Massachusetts (commission #346) including four elevations, three plans, one plot plan, and one detail. No drawings are dated or signed.
Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a slate roof and a whitewashed brick and rough board exterior. House has living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. A recreation room with fireplace and two-car garage are on the basement level.
