Description

Set of nine architectural drawings of house for a client named DeHaan (commission #331) including four elevations, three plans, and two framing plans. Three drawings are dated; one has the following inscription "Fundimental [sic] plan copyright / by R B Wills 1932." Vincent E. Squiers was the builder.

Drawings depict a two-story French manor-style house with a slate roof and a brick exterior. House has vestibule, living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, pantry, covered porch, sunroom, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, dressing room, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
