Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a hip roof and a brick exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, library, dining room, kitchen, pantry, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A two-car garage and play room are on the basement level.
