Description

Set of nine architectural drawings of house for builder Maurice A. Dunlavy (commission #306) including four elevations, three plans, and two framing plans. No drawings are dated or signed. Location is not known.

Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with a slate hip roof and a brick and clapboard exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, maid's room and bathroom, sunroom, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A two-car garage is on the basement level.
