Description

Set of ten architectural drawings of house for builder Maurice A. Dunlavy (commission #300) including four elevations, three plans, plot plan, and two framing plans. No drawings are dated or signed. Location is not known.

Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a slate roof and a whitewashed brick exterior.
