Set of ten architectural drawings of house for builder Maurice A. Dunlavy (commission #300) including four elevations, three plans, plot plan, and two framing plans. No drawings are dated or signed. Location is not known.
Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a slate roof and a whitewashed brick exterior. House has a vestibule, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, maid's room and bathroom, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A playroom and two-car garage are on the basement level.
