Set of five architectural drawings of house for Paul F. Wanless in Springfield, Massachusetts (commission #1542) including two plans and three presentation renderings. One rendering is an original in colored pencil on trace; two are photocopies of other drawings which vary slightly in design. Renderings are signed "RBW." Plans are dated.
Drawings depict a two-story Georgian Revival-style house with a hip roof and whitewashed brick exterior. House has a vestibule, living room with fireplace, study, dining room, kitchen, eating area, covered porch, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
