Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with slate roof and a brick, stucco and board exterior. House has a living room with fireplace, library, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, two maid's rooms and one maid's bathroom, four bedrooms, dressing room, and two bathrooms. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
