Description

Set of twenty-three architectural drawings of house for Ralph A. MacGilvra in Wellesley Hill, Mass. (commission #269) including four elevations, three plans, two framing plans, plot plan, and thirteen details. No drawings are signed; one is dated. A topographic map by Gleason Engineering Corporation is also included.

Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with cedar shingle roof and and a fieldstone and board exterior.
