Description

Set of thirty-nine architectural drawings of house for Crawford G. Goldthwait in Winchester, Massachusetts (commission #262) including four elevations, three plans, two framing plans, three cross sections, and twenty-seven details. Several drawings are dated; some are signed "R B Wills" or "R B W."

Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with slate roof and a brick and board exterior. House has a vestibule, living room with fireplace, study with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, lavatory, covered porch, maid's room, nursemaid's room, four bedrooms, dressing room, four bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. The basement level has a play room, work room, darkroom, and lavatory.
