Description

Set of eleven architectural drawings of house for Leigh MacEachern in Newton, Massachusetts (commission #198) including four elevations, three plans, two framing plans, plot plan, and one detail. Drawings are in pencil on trace. No drawings are dated or signed. Arnold Hartmann was the project's developer.

Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with a slate roof, and a brick and stone exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, sunroom, lavatory, three bedrooms, dressing room, two bathrooms, and a maid's room and bathroom.
