Description

Set of ten architectural drawings of house for Alfred L. Felch in Waban, Massachusetts (commission #177) including four elevations, three plans, two framing plans, and one detail. Drawings are in pencil on trace. No drawings are dated; three are signed "Rosene." Albert F. Rosene was contractor for project.

Drawings depict a two-story Tudor Revival-style house with slate roof and brick exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, sunroom, lavatory, two maid's rooms and one maid's bathroom, three bedrooms, dressing room, sewing room and two bathrooms. Two-car garage is on basement level.
