Set of thirteen architectural drawings of house for Mrs. Wilhelmina T. Harding in Newton, Massachusetts (commission #114) including four elevations, four plans, three framing plans, and one detail. Drawings are in pencil on trace; no drawings are dated or signed.
Drawings depict a two-story, three-bay Colonial Revival-style house with a slate roof and shingled exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, pantry, eating nook, sunroom, covered porch, three bedrooms (one with fireplace), and two bathrooms. A maid's room and bath are in the attic. Drawings for a detached one-car garage are also present.
