Description

The image shows part of the Old South Meeting House located at the corner of Washington and Milk Streets in Boston, Massachusetts. The brick structure features large arched windows and a sign on the wall that reads "OLD SOUTH. Church gathered 1669. First house built, 1670. This house erected 1729. Desecrated by British troops 1775-6." A nearby building is partially visible to the left.
