The sampler created by Dorothy Lynde features various elements, including rows of letters, floral motifs, and decorative figures. At the top, winged figures or angels are positioned next to a central sun symbol. The middle section prominently displays lines of stitched letters and numbers. Beneath these, there is imagery of a dog, a person holding a staff, and other figures, along with additional decorative elements.
