Description

This portfolio contains 25 architectural drawings drawn by an unknown architect. The materials range in date from 1846 to 1859, although the bulk of the material are from 1846. This portfolio was found in the Mason House at 63 Mount Vernon Street in Boston, Massachusetts. The majority of the architectural drawings were likely plans for when William Powell Mason, politician Jonathan Mason's son and estate executor, owned the Mason House in the mid-1800s.
