One albumen print on mount of a high school chemistry class in 1892. The photograph was taken by renowned American photographer Nathaniel L. Stebbins. "N.L. Stebbins / Photo. Boston" is debossed in the bottom left corner of the recto. The photo shows fifteen girls and boys in a chemistry classroom at an unidentified high school. The names of thirteen students are written on the verso of the mount. The photo depicts late 19th century chemistry equipment, a blackboard, and various chemicals housed in a cupboard.
